Dear Massod Bhai.

I really need your help and advise..
I had come down here (decemeber 2003)on a student visa. and I have applied for my immigration thru an agency a month later.. I dont understand why they have filed my papers from Buffalo, US. I am an indian and it should have been filed in India rather than in US. I have also checked from the website that the immigration center in Buffalo is responsible for immigrant appliation from Bermuda, St. Pierre et Miquelon, United States.

Please advise..
