Last month we moved to Canada from USA and our daughter who is USA citizen also accompanied us.

Now we are in process of sponsoring her, so even she can get PR.
Though we are confused if we should apply with "Outside canada" OR "Inside Canada" application kit.

can you please advise.

Since you and your daughter are already inside Canada, I think that application kit applies to your case. Also calling the CIC or visiting the nearest Immigration center will give you a more reliable direction. There are couple of them close to the Scarborough Town center where you work.

Good luck.

Thanks Hiren, appreciate your response.
I just called CIC and they told me to follow Out of Canada process.

By the way you have nice memory to remember that i work near Scarborough town center.

Thanx

Actually I am always ridiculed for my poor memory - but your stuff was too recent to be forgotten.

:D
