Best Actor (Male)
Aamir Khan - Ghajini
Abhishek Bachchan - Dostana
Akshay Kumar - Singh Is Kinng
Amitabh Bachchan - Sarkar Raj
Hrithik Roshan - Jodhaa Akbar
Naseeruddin Shah - A Wednesday!
Ranbir Kapoor - Bachna Ae Haseeno
Shahrukh Khan - Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi

If you are talking about Best actor category

I am surprised to see Amir's name. I know he doesn't believe in awards etc
but if is ready, then best guess is Amir Khan will WIN
If not then I will go with Naseer for Wednesday or even Hrithik for Jodha Akbar

So if one compares SRK performance with Amir, Hrithik, Naseer, Big B in Saakar Raj or even Abhishek in Dostana its very ordinary
Not even 10 % of what all above given in respective films

But I as well as many knows SRK will BUY ( or say WIN) as usual this year also by performing in various functions, making FUN of respective people etc etc...

So I will not be surprised !

What you guys think ?

My vote would be for Hritik Roshan in Jodhaa Akhbar. That was a really nice movie.

Filmfare or screen awards are just a sham - a way for Chopras and Johars and their chamchas to congratulate themselves

Why even bother speculating.. SRK has never won and will never win an award. He has always and even now will buy the award. Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi is such a stupid movie, i can't even imagine why it's on the list or why he's being considered!

Actually none of these are really award worthy I think. Jodha Akbar and Wednesday were nice movies especially the latter but the acting wasn't all that wonderful !

there was a time when I used to wait till late night for Filmfare awards

Because of so many awards function, all are losing credibility

I hardly cares nowdays!

While I get that everyone has their own choices and preferences for favorite movies/actors etc..why is there such animosity towards SRK and particularly RNBDJ ??

Granted it was not an academy award winning movie - but was it meant to be?

First I don't think anyone ( atleast me) is against SRK particularly
I know his Limitations & compare to others who are nominated, he is FAR behind

But here lies the problem -

I or say most of us know Rab Be was very ordinary movie
( not that academy award kind of movie)

but see the results in movie awards for coming year

You will see SRK WINING award for best actor & Rab Ne WINING as Best film

Now that is something ......
