Interesting. From a voice perspective, these guys stand out for me and I have always be drawn towards deep voices that are higher on the bass scale:
1. Tinnu Anand (excellent narrator)
2. Amrish Puri
3. Om Puri
Nana Patekar as 'Sher Khan' in Mowgli .........Hmmm bacche ....
I am sure besides the voice Raj Kumar takes quite a top slot for dialogue delivery ........ ' Jaanee ....... jinke ghar sheeshe ke hothen hai woh auron ke gharon par patthar nahin pheka karte '

Fido.
There are a couple of names I would like to add to the list of contenders -
- Sohrab Modi (great narrator, powerful strong voice for playing historical characters)
- Pran (the ultimate villain - could smoothen his voice down to a cat's purr when needed or could be a rough and cruel thakur).
My vote will be Amitabh and Sohrab Modi, but of course, I'm liable to change my vote by the hr.

"Mah deah, there is much more money to be made in the destruction of civilization than in building it up."
-- Rhett Butler in "Gone with the Wind"
Prithiviraj Kapoor - has anyone watched 'Rustom & Shohrab ' and of course Mughal e Azam . ' Salim - ek kaneez Hindustan kee mallika nahin ban sakti '

I also loved the way Hrithik roshan modulated his voise and dialogue delivery in Koi Mil Gayaa..quite a commendable effort by him..
