His opinion on Canada is 100% on the dot. The value of the highly skilled immigrant is NOT been realized by the Canadian(s).

Even if you have the best natural resources if you cannot use your human resources to add value you'll be left behind.

What Canada should be is to setup/support high technology ventures involving R&D, Product Development, Application Development and not letting other countries like USA and China to harvests its natural resources.

I do hope Uncle Harper learns this from Zak's when he meets him in NY.
