We landed last year March since than my family moved here in september.

I was away from Canada and recently a week back i moved here for good.

Do i need to provide any proof of documentation if i show the earnings outside canada?

I showed roughly 18000 CAD as earnings since march to August 2008 in CTTB forms and getting money for my child since september 2008.

Do i need to file my earnings for income tax ?

My family members ( Not earning here since landing ) need to file income tax ?

yes you have to file tax to continue your child tax benefits.

Also you will get GST credit every QTR .

So please file tax for yourself and your spouse, even have no income.
