Go to the flea market located near Airport Road and Steeles Avenue.

There is a Somali lady who runs a framing business. More variety than Michaels etc.

In fact you will find custom framing in every flea market.

Rates are half of what you would normally pay.

try to go to flea market of albion road and hwy 27..

If it is canvas and you want to save money consider stretching over a wooden frame instead of framing. I used DeSeers (Dundas Road - West of Winston Churchill) and found them very good and less expensive than a couple of other places I got quotes from.
