Hi i have a question, upon entering canada from USA I told the custom official that i was in USA for 6 months, he didnt put anything on my passport but he did wrote this on the custom form.

My question is would my time be counted against my citizenship? Once again their is no stamp on my passport

CIC can always decide to check your coming & going. Usually, passport is conclusive proof for residence [for citizenship applicatns].
