Can some one help me how to make the following please.
Paneer and pineapple tikka .Do we use canned pineapple or fresh ,do both of them need to be baked or only one .
How to make Paneer tikka.
Is there any other tikkas you can make for vegiterians.

Never use canned pineapple. Its in the sugar syrup. always use fresh pineapple/fruits (you can use canned in very extreme cases )
marinate paneer in curd, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli, tandoori powder, chat masala,
keep aside for 1 hour
\cook on skewer on tandoor / bbq

I tried it turned good, just one que could you tell me why some paneer slices were very bitter/sour?
