I do not know if this was discussed here in the past. Why one has to view a property with lot of stuff inside? As we know, white folks tend to accumulate things. They got too much stuff (may be mental issue). There is so much stuff inside the house/apartment, my god, its hard to know what the h**l is under the big couch / behind the huge dresser / king size bed. I sold my apartment after moving out. It was totally empty. My friend bought a town home where a small area of the carpet was missing in the living room that was covered by a huge couch. That was a shocker and they had to get a new one (additional expense). You cant just move the big couch or a huge dresser.
