'It is pretty clear to market for a recruiting agency!

NO IT IS NOT CLEAR. If you want to be credible, you should have no problem with being detailed. Write what your company does, what product or services your company provides, how long your business has been around &what kind of skills you need your applicants to have.

No offense meant but there are too many fly-by-night operators and pyramid schemes, targeting members of the desi community. Besides why would you want people to commit hours of their time for nothing? I hope you have the answer.

If you have nothing to hide, you will find the right people. Good luck!
