The immigration agency is quite popular in Toronto and perhaps in Canada. They seem to be advertising a lot in India as well. You can read their articles in Desi newspapers all the time and they appear on the local TV channel every weekend offering free advice.
How can a firm of this profile mislead or cheat our fellow countrymen who dream of coming here for a better life and spend their hard earned money to accomplish this dream.
We should not be afraid of these big names and speak out to save others becoming their victims. We have a few members on this board who had paid this firm and did not get any settlement services here.:shoot:

How Garvo can remove the name of consultant ?
Is it possible to control this site ?
Untill we dont give name of consultant public will not aware of the situation.

As the owner of this site he can do whatever he deems important to protect himself legally. ... but I have already commented on his legal positions and the need to inform.

You can express your views in this public forum as long as you give your full name and are willing to take responsibility. This means people can't post things without having actual proof. You don't have to publicise your name. Just send it to the site administrator [Garvo] for his own peace of mind.

Better not make a big deal of this issue. Already too much has been written on this. let's move on top helping others immigrate successfully to Canada.
