The question as to "who" - abandoned "whom", can rage on, for centuries, with nothing ever resolved. Then again, if it is simply a question as to why the "sons of India" abandoned her, one can come with a gazillion reasons - which may look like a pack of lies, or like the truth - depending on your perspective.

As for hypocrites, I gather we can find thousands, among us. We talk about the "greatness of India", the "richness of culture", and how so many "sons & daughters of India" abandoned her - quietly forgetting that WE DID THE SAME, to settle here.

So either give up false nationalism or patriotism and go back to serve the motherland. Or else join the ranks of hypocrites. Do you have a "Plan C"?
