Could you advise me on where should one buy a semi detached townhouse - as an investment opportunity- good location.

Are there any good locations in Miss/ oakville. We are in our mid thirtees and have one infant child. We are looking out for a 4 BR .

For an investment purpose a semi in Mississauga near square one is a good choice.

If you are thinking of living in the house then there are a lot of other factors that might be worth considering. Some of them are schools, neighborhood, shopping centres, public transpaortation, appearence new /or resale homes etc.
