It is not that I don`t care about the relation but I m not intersted for him to come at this point coz of person commitments but he is really keen on coming. And I can`t say that I cannot explain why visa can be denied if I send my sponsorship as I have a cousin staying in Toronto who had sponsored him visa 2 yrs back and he knows the procedures.I have to give a valid reason.
Ashwani, can you pl. give me email address on which u wrote to CHC.And can I send the documents via email or do I have to send by postal mail?
I have a question on visit visa. What happens if the visitor (friend/relative) doesn't go back to India? What steps should we take if this happens? Please share your views. Thanks

First you said your issue is the privacy of your financial statement, but now it appears that the real underlying issue is that this is not a good time for you to play host to your uncle.
Even if you manage to send your financial papers directly to CHC and they relate it back to your uncle's application, your problem will not be solved.
If he gets the visa based on your papers, your problem then becomes real because now he'll want to come visit you ASAP.
Your real problem can be solved in two ways only - one, make sure that your uncle's visa gets rejected, or two, simply tell him that you are not ready to host right now and maybe next summer would be a better time for the visit.
I strongly suggest you do the second option, even though it seems harsh.
Note that even if CHC matches up your email with your uncle's application, there's nothing stopping them from bundling all the documents together and returning them to your uncle once the application has been processed (accepted or rejected).
VFS or CHC do not usually keep any documents - they'll just return everything to the applicant.
