Hi every body.
I need some suggestions for some one, who is a victim of immigration fraud. My cousin got married to this canadian guy almost 4 years ago. Guy lives in GTA. The girl has a 3 year old son now. Guy made fake documents for the girl and the baby. like birth certificate and some other. First he took like a year to apply and then he kept bringing complications in the case. and finally when he applied he called him self in the embassy and told this girl has fake documents. so her Immigration visa is denied.
Well. the reason guy did all this was. he is already married in canada and has a baby aswell. That girl could be any one's sister. She has 3 year old son. who never saw his dad. This is unacceptable.
The guy is still not a citizen , he is a PR. They are almost going to get divorce. but there should be some punishment for ppl like that. I have information about the guy. Can any one tell . where should i go and file the complaint. and who should i contact.
If you guys have a heart to help plz give me the usefull information. thanks alot.
You can send me email.
Thanks alot.

Are you there?
Sorry to hear about your cousin,
I am not sure how and why did your cousin married this male from GTA.
The problem is, your cousin went to present the documents to apply for the visa and she was the one who came to the front.
You came to know that the male had already been married in GTA and have a family here. You have to check canadian law, if by law can he have 2 wives.
If you are sure that the male had intent to make fake documents and had intent to play this game, then you can;
Make formal complaint against the male showing intent and evidence.
Get a complaint report from local Police where ever your cousin is currently residing and make a compeate package and send it to Canadian Immigration.
Also your cousin can may talk to social services and see if they can help.
The problem is;
Misrepesenting the Immigration has put her in a absolute black hole and it will be difficult for your cousin to get any help from the authorities.
Good luck!!
