I sponsored my wife for immigration. Now everything is done except I was told to add our new born child to sponsorship. Can you tell me what documents I should send to add my new baby to the sponsorship?

Birth certificate, photographs of the baby notarized copy of passport, visa processing fees and the required family information form to be submitted for this addition
