I will be moving to Canada shortly. My Indian license is just a year old. I am planning to apply for Driver's License Extract in Bangalore.
I too have German driving license, which I used while driving in US and Canada.
Will I need to take up the G test?
Please let me know the procedure.

Yes you do have to show that you know the signs. You have good vision. Pay the fees for the test, just like any of the others, then show your proficiency here to the Examiner. He will say you Passed. Then get the license to drive here.
If you have an International Driver's Permit from an Automobile Association, then you have all the advantage that goes with it.
