Hi! To bolster my chances of PR, i plan to relocate to Saskatchewan. I'm currently in a Post Grad course in Toronto. I was thinking if i could shift my credits in some college in SK which offered PG courses. Can you let me know some colleges who offer PG courses in Business ? mine is a 1 year course.

Do you find this move to be sane ? Would this be a stepping stone towards achieving a PR ?

Am doing this just cos the PR laws have been strained too much in Ontario.. Please correct me if i'm wrong.
