Worse case scenerio, you can always come back to GTA if need be.

It is very easy to say you can always come back but trust me it is very hard to come back in terms of finding a job in bigger city (move from a smaller city).

It took 3 years for my friend to move to toronto from Waterloo and find a job as per his need. He had a dream job in Waterloo but was totally cut off from his friends and family in GTA. In 5 years, he got frustrated and when he wanted to move back, it was not easy.

Hello friends

Thanks for all the valuable thoughts you have given. I am really glad i posted here my person problem so i could get the different views on this issue.
Like most of them said , passion /Dream job is something to go for, I agree.
But the situation is not the same that was 10 yrs ago.
Its not about 5k pay increase, u pay a price more than that for that dream job. I mean friends , family, community circle.
Probably my wife will go nuts, now she is busier than me, with no job.
Child will miss his friends and he has to cope up with a new circle.
Money is something which can be made even sitting @ computer doing trading.
I think i have to let go my ambition for any passion/ dream job with the nuclear fuel.
I got a job offer from a solar Power co. in Nov. 2008. I declined the offer.
Looking back and putting things in place i think am not able to make decisions regarding change.
I guess the present job is so secure and all sit in place( or i have settled based on this job) that prevent me from moving.
It may be a mistake i am making now, i don't know......
Time will tell...
I have 4 weeks to respond to accept this offer, This offer was given after test and couple interviews , so in future
i am not going to apply unless its surely around Toronto.
But to tell the truth, all the opinions were all that i thought about, I was looking for a solution for this problem.

I MEAN U HAVE TO LET GO ONE FOR THE OTHER.

Well, thanks again all for your valuable thoughts.

Jey
