Hello,
I am looking for some suggestions. Let me tell you my situation. I came to this country on student visa in 2003, and finally was able to get my PR in 2009 June. I have my parents who would never like to immigrate here. My mom has some problem in her keens therefore she has hard time doing daily work, that’s why I am planning to move back home as I cannot leave them alone. If I move back then my wife can look after her and home.
The problem is I would like to stay here, because I am not sure if I can adept work lifestyle there, as I have never worked back home. I came to this country after completing 12th grade. If I stay about a year and half to two year then I can get my citizenship, then I can move back home, but I don’t know how does that work if I wants to come back here in future and all other aspects.
I would really appreciate if some of you can guide me as I am very young for taking big step like this.

I will give you some guidance with outline of actions that you can take. It will take a little consultation with a Doctor also, at the Indian end. If your staying here and continuing is a must, then you should be having a steady job with good income to support yourself financially here, and also supplement the Indian end plus, with a trip or two thrown in, once an year, will be helpful initially.
You got your PR in June of 2009. Your PR is due for renewal in May of 2014. You have stayed here almost a year upto now on PR. You will need about two more years to get the Citizenship and just One more year to renew. If you fail to make the citizenship, due to reasons unknown, you can play with the thoughts of getting the renewal and then complete the qualifying time needed in the second five year of the PR. (Rules could change, so keep your ears to the ground if you are away.)
Now as regards your Parents Immigration and health, I can completely omit the subject matter of Immigration for the current. But as regards your Mother's KNEE problems, there are Orthopedics in India who can take an X-Ray and determine if it could be repaired or temporarily cured with a shot of Cortisone. It will help her miraculously and she will be mobile within a week or two. I am sure she is currently under good care, and all of what I am writing here may be redundant. But do the initial necessary investigation from here at a cost and then decide upon your other actions, after you hear from the Indian end. So, spend a few bucks and get an opinion after which you make the decision.
You have realized how difficult it is to make that decision and the step to consult some one here was the best thing you could have done for starters. There are others in the know how of things to help you with all of the good things there and happenings at the Indian end and at the location where your parents live and move on successfully in life here and also look after the Indian end. So wait for others to chip in with their thoughts and supplement your requirements.

The time you spent in Canada before you became a permanent resident will be counted as half time only if it happened within these four years. All the time you lived in Canada after you became a permanent resident counts as full time.
so, u may be count ur previous stay befor becoming permanent residant.
