Just wanted to inform fellow desi's that passport can be sent from India to Canada and back, one of my friend got the communication to submit the passport to Buffalo for stamping of PR(he is in India), he sent to me through DHL, and I in-turn mailed to Buffalo through canadapost and included a return envelope, once I received (in 10 - days), I shipped it back to India over UPS. Just make sure that you include a letter that the courier company is not liable for loss or damage

thank you for update. so I think DHL,Fedex and UPS can be used same way with those letter.
