I did couple of my documents through Mehta Law office (Dinesh Mehta) during i applied for my parents visitor visa on last year.

You could get it through any lawyer (I hope you have filled in the affidavit letter you recd from the VFS).

You would need one additional person signing with you as a witness(the person should have 2 IDs) who should sign in front of the lawyer. The second witness, you could try getting it from the office administrator in the law office itself.

Try GILL LAW OFFICE ( McLaughlin / Ray Lawson).

I got it done by Satwant Singh Khosla at Warden / Sheppard. He charged $25 last year. Google his name and you'll get the contact details
