All,

I have mailed FBI to get the FBI Fingerprint Form. Can anyone tell me how much time it will take for FBI to mail the form to me ( I stay in US )?. Also is there a better mode to get this form ?.

Hi,

Most of the "MAIL BOXES" has the form and they do fingerprinting too.
Check under "Finger Printing" in the yellow pages.

Can you please explain what "MAIL BOXES" mean ?. Also when I tried companies that do finger printing they said they do not have the FBI Fingerprint form with them. I need to get it and go for finger printing.

I got them from the police station. Try calling all police stations in your city. They do the fingerprinting as well.

Any card from the Police station will work, It does not need to be FBI,
Also You can download the copy from the Web

Hi,

"MAIL BOXES" are the shops where they send packages by UPS, Fedex etc and also sell packing supplies etc.

You can try with the local police stations too.

Just as a update.
You should get your FBI Fingerprint Form with in 10 days after you mail the request to FBI.
