Hello All,
My mom is here in Canada on multiple entry visitor visa. Would anyone know if she can apply for US Visa from Canada? She is not so much fluent in English so my second question is if we can request for an interpreter during interview?
It would be very helpful if someone can shed light on this
Thanks,
Peace

Yes, you can. However, the chances of visa getting denied is very high. I believe an interpreter (you, for example) is allowed.
