hello cd members

we live on the top floor of a rented house and in the basement there is another

tenant my question is that throught the heat vents we do get second hand
smoke in the house as the tenant downstairs is a chain smoker and alcoholic

we tried closing the vents but it is no use

we have two kids who are getting affected through this second hand smoke this has started just recently anyone has any idea what can be done

we cant change residence as its convenient for us as of now school wise and also financially ,

we spoke to the landlord but he doesnt care

pls help with your advice

There is nothing much you can do about this. I have been through this before.
