My wife is not working. My wife has zero income 2010. she got only UCB 1,200 can I claim anything ? Beause it showing zero reutn.
Did anyone use studiotax.

She has to file the return as she received UCB which is taxable. Also, to calculate next year child tax entitlement she is required to file her return. You will be benefitted by filing her return as you will get her credits in your return.
what is Working income tax benefit. I m using studio tax poping up windows that you are missing above tax benefits. You need schedule 6. my income 35,200 +1200 UCB for my wife income.
Do we eligible for WITB ? I have one 4 year one kid. what to fill out in schedule 6

With an income of $35k, you are not eligible for WITB

The Working Income Tax Benefit (WITB) is a refundable tax credit intended to provide tax relief for eligible working low‑income individuals and families who are already in the workforce and to encourage other Canadians to enter the workforce.
