Dear PR card Experts
Sub – Renewal of Canada PR card
I landed in Canada on dated July 2005 with my wife.
Me and my wife got all necessary document like SIN card, PR card , OHIP card etc…
I came back to India on dated September 2005 [after 2 and half month] and my wife came back to India on July 2006 [ after 1 year ]
she went to Canada again on dated 13 April 2009 and will come back to India on dated 8 May 2009.
My son born on dated 15 December 2005 in Canada and has a Canadian passport [citizen of Canada] he was come back with my wife and right now in India [
We filed all year income tax return in Canada
Now my and my wife PR CARD is going to expire on dated 17 JULY 2010.
We would like to go to Canada in 2010.
I would like to know that .......
Before how many month we can apply for renewal PR CARD?
my child is canadian citizen , are they calculate our indian stay with canadian citizen?

Please note that she has to be physically present in Canada to pick up the card.
So if her travel date out of Canada is 8th May, there won't be enough time.
She needs to either postpone her travel to at least July or leave Canada without new PR Card.
If that's the case, when coming back again, she will either need to come before 17th July 2010 or if coming after, apply for a travel document from the Canadian consulate.
Same for you (I assume your PR Card expires on 17th July 2010 as well).
If so, you either need to re-enter Canada before that date or apply for travel document.

as i was main applicant , should i have to present in canada to get my wife 's renewal pr card?
