Hi all
I am going to sponsor my parents file on immigration basis. As per that I should have $ 45662/- income 12 months preceeding from application date.
can I write down 01/01/2009 on application date if i send my application on 1 st february?
Do i need to count exact income from 1 feb 2008 to 31 jan 2009 if i write application date 01 feb 2009?
Well both way i have more than required amount but i am just thinking that it is easy to show every year income if immigration dept asked to show.
My wife had job from jan to apr 2008. Right now she is unemployed due to my son was sick and we do not want him to put in daycare anymore. She might can start job in next year but is that make any problems if i show her unemployed right now?
We have Universal child benefit every year 1200$. Can i count this amount in her income because this is taxable?
I have all pay stub( 3 pay stub missing too ...?) for me but I did not received any T4 slip for me and my wife. Can i submit later when i will received or should i waite until i got t4?
MY basic income is $42000/- but with the overtime i got income last year $46000/-. They will except my overtime income or not?
Please help me out with this question.
Thanks in advance.
regards

CPC Mississauga looks at income for 12 months preceding the date of application. As you say that you are meeting the financial eligibilty, it does not make a difference if you put the date as January 1, 2009 or the current date.
You can submit the application with your 2007 Option C print-out , your last pay-stub in 2008(if it mentions YTD income) and original employment letter .
Incase you need any asistance , please contcat our agency as we offer free service in completing the sponsorship applications

As you alone are meeting the financial requirement, you can either sign the application just by yourself or you can still include her as a co-signor and show her as unemployed at this stage. Universal Child benefit income can be included as part of her income.
