Appreciate if any of you could help me with the below questions;

1) Is it possible to get TN visa stamping at Pearson and not fly the same day but come back to TO and fly to US another day.
2) Will I need a flight ticket to get to the immigration for the TN stamping.
3) Does the TN visa process look at the Canadian citizenship only or do they look at the country of birth while giving this stamping.
4) Is there a quota per year for how many TN visas can be granted to a particular nationality.
