You have to be enrolled with the university to be eligible for work on campus. Not easy to get jobs on campus but you may be able to tutor as a Teaching Assistant.

Work off-campus is not possible. You may come to Canada and volunteer. Always a good addition to one's resume [cv/bio-data]
