Why expat Indo Canadian's are still fixated on Canada ?

Life style is good - but not bright - see the news - read the news on job market.. talk to people u will realise its not all rosy here...

Expat Canadian can declare non-residency and then Canada does NOT tax any income at all outside of Canada.
So where is the taxation if you exercise the 'non-residency' option
Do you have any idea of the word 'non-residency'?
You have to close everything no bank account(If u have investment),no health card, no driver's lic everything. It is like getting rid of everything.
I don't think keeping a bank account,driver's lic should enforce you to pay tax on income which you earned outside of the country.
