There may be a best Neurologist in Scarborough but then will he be willing to take you as a patient?
This is not like India whom you can pick and choose but rather it depends on whom your GP calls and fixes up an appointment with. Of course you can recommend the best neurologist but chances are that he might be booked up for the next couple of month / years.
