Does anyone have any idea about the safety in West Humber - Clairville neighbourhood? - Finch and Martingrove area?
This CBC maps shows a lot of theft and other crime

And Toronto Life has quite a low opinion of this area
The city of Toronto data shows that other than English, other two main languages are Punjabi and Gujarati
Any feedback is welcome
Some neighborhoods are prone to crimes. It is because of the quality of life and the rundown status of the buildings and the rents associated with them. That is where it all got started. Then it got advanced to vandalism. (Jealous neighborhood)

Bad area, stay away. Not as bad as Jane & Finch, but still pretty bad.
Plus Rexdale, Albion are not that far away if you go South from Martingrove & Finch, and those areas are pretty bad too.
Rexdale, Albion are good for cheap desi groceries and restaurants and desi shopping though. But not a place to hangout, especially at night.
Lot of stabbings and robberies along the whole Martingrove Corridor..North to South.
