Dear CD's

Im in the final phase of document collection. The immigration consultant after verifying my wife's documents insisted that the provisional degree certificate cannot used and the original degree certificate copy has to be used. since she had just completed her degree recently, the college itself has not issued the degree certificates as its going to take time for them. the consultant said the points with wifes education cannot be added unless the degree certifcate is provided. is that a mandatory requirement? since the provisional says its valid till next convocation with dates. is that possible to apply now with the PDC and update the documents later with the degree certificate as and when its recieved.
