TN letter has a very specific format that offer letters do not. You need not take the offer letter, but the TN employer's letter must be specific and to a defined format that any good lawyer (yours or company's) usually are well versed.

It depends on what the requirements are for the occupation. For ex: Comp Sys Analyst says 3 yrs experience required. Engineer shows only a degree.

A. Doesn't this mean that either you have a Bachelors OR
You have Post Secondary Certificate + 3 Years experience .... ?
Per above having a baccalaureate degree should suffice the requirement ?
B. Do they need the bachelors to be in the same field of work ? ... eg a non Computer Graduate for a Computer Systems Analyst job ?/

I went to Buffalo today and got my visa. It was not even 15 minutes. Went to Rainbow bridge first but that officer asked me come next day when the Free Trade Officer is present. But I went to Buffalo and tried to get there.
I think if you have qualification then the only thing which determines is the officer's knowledge.
My support letter was prepared by the HR person. Not a very good one. Officer also looked at my offer letter.

I am also looking for TN1 and in the same boat.
I worked in the USA 4 years on H1b visa and after moving to Canada worked under various titles like Data Architect, System Analyst and Application Consultant. But my qualification is MBA and Bsc Mathematics from India.
Should I also try under Computer System analyst? Can you share your experience what offficer asked and looking for?
