and has a great selection.

The one in Gerrard street has a very good selection.

So other than a small section in grocery stores any other shop devoted just to records.

Asian Video, (Mississuaga)
Apollo Video (Derry, Airport),
Sahib Video (Derry, Airport)... these guys sell Cds...

The ones on Gerard street are crooked :D ..rip-offs rather ! Tried to sell me a Mahabharat DVD set for 450 Can $ :D

no cd player in CAR, thats where i listen to most of my music as I cant turn up loud at home.

I did get a DVD/CD player and it sounds great thru my broken audio system (the amp + speakers work fine).

Indian castettes are cheap 2 - 3 $. CDs are not.

Of course my first choice is to download it for free from Kazaa.:o :icecream:

Way to go Mercury6, I listened to cassettes too until recently and it was great. I had scores of cassettes. Now I bought a car that has a CD player so I have to start collecting CDs.

If in the Scarborough/Markham area then there is a great cd/dvd ...etc. shop on Kennedy and Denison - at the intersection of Denison called Khaike Paan....... and they are not expensive - 5 CDs for $20/- the same at Gerrard costs are 1 cd for $10!!!

to continue..... also at Finch and Middlefield there is a shop called Star Video, I think they brought the price down to $14.99 for 5 CDs, but this has to be verified.

Iam sure to check these out when I go there next.

That is quite cheap.
