I would like to get some information about initial housing, car insurance etc. from
fellow desis. Also I would like to make some new friends in Canada.I welcome senior CD desis here to post their email if they don't mind. Alternatively you can email me at
Thanks
Cheers!

Deal With Reality or Reality Will Deal With You
Thank you Faisal for your post.I was worried that my post did not get even one reply.
The links are useful.
The reason for no-one replying to your post probably is:
1) your subject is not detailed.
2) All information you have asked for is already on the forum
I just provided you with the links in the forums.
In Canada I have observed that what people dont really have is TIME.
(The CDs on this forum are doing a great job here by helping others out not only for free, but also with their time!)
You have to be very specific and appropriate in what you ask for and what (possible) efforts you are doing from your part.
Fortunately (or unfortunately), this rule also applies for any sort of job search in Canada.

Hi Faisal
Sorry I could post a reply earlier. Yes the subject of my post was not clear. And I did not do a full search of the forum before asking questions. The post was my first 1st.
Like here in US, I understand that people there also do not have time. This site is very helpful for everybody to share their experiences. Hereafter I will be precise with posts.
Cheers!
