Most afforadable is Basement in Hindu Sabha Temple, will include a dinner too
Average Expensive is chandni Banquet hall, on gateway blvd Near Queen+torbram
Most Expensive and very high end Embassey Grand near The gore + Queen

You can also try Franklin Horner Community Center Etobicoke , in case that's not a very distant location for you ... They have a well sized hall for $50/ hr .. It includes tables , chairs , oven , microwave fridge and everything .

Alternatively , you can ask any of your condo residing friends for helping you book their party hall .. which could be a cheaper and better alternative.

Incidentally we visited a Birthday party @ Woodbine Centre Fantasy Fair.. They lease you their part rooms for $40 / hr and if you are booking a party room they let you have all day unlimited rides passes at concession .... Kids have a memorable time.
