On serious note, yes you should start wearing the glasses regularily whenever you read and should not strain the eyesight further.

Bas Shashi Tharur ki wife kaha pe treatment liyi usi pe dhyan rehta he. Ab dekhna yeh banda usi hospital me jaake eyes check karega..kyon ki insurance he na...lol

Totally agree...from personal experience. Don't feel shy while wearing glasses or strain your eyes, they'll deteriorate even further
