Hi,
Is the reference to the change in processing time ( 58 months ) given in the CIC website ? Can we have the URL for this news ?
Regards,
Ayaskant.

Recently CHC Delhi on its official website changed its expected processign time to 58 months from 48 months. Can you please advise how does it is actually going to affect the current normal time for regular cases of 2003 and later. Or is it for terminal cases only.

58 months!! I think a lot will change in those 58 months.. may be India will reach the SuperPower status.. and ppl will not even feel like leaving India at that point.
These wait times are a little too much i think..

Guys,
It is my personal experience that CHC Delhi does not have a structured way to operate. If you are lucky then ofcourse you can slide through this lengthy process in no time ...Ahem...24 months...or if your luck is not that good as mine or many other fellows whom I know that they have been waiting since April 2000.....Then....It's completely confusing....
My case pertains to Aug.2001 and even after having submitted everything I am waiting for things to happen....
Yaro....Mera dil toh inhey bahut gaali dene ka karta hai.. .par kya karen....yeh to sach hai....KI \"Ibteda Ishk hai Rota hai Kya....Aagey Agey dekh hota hai kya\" ........Sirf Bhagwan pe bharosa karo aur hone do Jo hota hai...(Key Sera Sera)...
