We live in a country which has a mixed population and we consider it cosmopolitan and even here we see a few radicals who are creating a havoc in our day to day life.

In a country that is mostly Moslem, we would expect that there will be a bond between the communities, which will be much more cohesive and the different religious factions will not play such a big role to create an enormous chasm and a situation like this.

Don't they have children in different factions. Can't they see what an havoc like this will create for their own children if one group starts a massacre of the children from a different faction.

Don't they have Gun Controls? Can they confiscate these weapons to make the community a safe one?

NOW, knowing the identity of such a group that did this, can't they track them down and bring them to justice. OR are there pockets of insurgents that exist amongst them are not that easy to identify them from their normal walk of life, but come out suddenly brandishing their weapons and killing the others around the same neighborhood in a manner that I consider to be a Mad One.?

There must be a mad streak running there within a few of them, who have wicked and crooked brain wave that just pops up suddenly to do such Barbaric acts.! May be they will claim that the devil made them do it?!

I have read stories about the warriors there who rode a horse, with a patch on one eye, brandishing swords, running through the streets of Basra, Kabul and Baluchistan and also Peshawar too. A few of them may be their off springs. Now the scientists who do a study of the genes will get an opportunity to open up a branch there to find the mean gene that runs in their veins.

Yes, we all are sitting far away from the scene, looks like a calm and serene and secluded location only to ask a few good questions and as perplexed as those who suffered such a terrific loss, in each and every family who resides there. Not knowing and unable to find a good reason, all I can say is I can join them from afar and offer my condolences and suffer silently.

What a cruel blow it dealt to those who live in Peshawar and to the families who lost a small child that was looking for a great future and did not know what it is to live in this dirty political world, that wiped them out of existence.

It is a very very sad day indeed. And it is too painful to bear.

US asked Pakistan to raise these snakes in their backyard. Now Pakistan is paying for this. They are still not learning (releasing Lakhvi).
I dont think the Pakistani army and administration has learnt so unfortunately this will not be the last of such events

The only way Pak can mourn the death of the innocent children is by turning a new leaf. Pakistan will have a whole new world opening up in front of them IF only they stop using terror as State Policy and completely destroy the tools.

If they do not the above, more than not mourning the children's deaths, their whole country will become responsible for the unimaginable crime.

We should leave them to God. Whatever wil happen wil happen for the best. Innocent children dying is heartbreaking though.

Not sure I understood your post , but for once I think the incidence has no relevance to religion. Muslim kids died, after all by the hands of muslims. It is a game of revenge and ego and nothing else.

Btw My blood boiled, once again, when you mentioned god in context of the children dying so miserably and scared but I 'll restrain my comments as many on this forum will try not to understand it. after all uske bina toh patta bhee nahi hilta , I heard and seems like you believe.

Saw one boy was saying, 'When we were in our class room, THREE UNCLES came and started firing at us'. Felt as if I had done the horrendous act.

Meanwhile, Pakistan had gone back on its decision to set free Lakhvi. For all we know he might have been let out through the back door and in turns policemen sitting inside the cell. They all wear the same pathan dress and beard.

Pakistan government says no proof on Lakhvi, just like Indian government saying no proof on black money. In either case, if the governments have interests of the country upper most in their minds, they will find proof themselves and not wait for others.

Hope Pakistan governments learns. The innocent children's sacrifice will not go waste and first time the world is witnessing a war against backyard terrorists from Pakistan govt ... hope it will continue and lead towards eradication of terrorism from the roots.

The Pak Army is slowly waking up and hope one of these says they will clean them all out.

There is no resolve to eradicate the Taliban. They don't hunt for them. They don't go into their mountain hideouts and clean them out. They fly over them and drop a few bombs and return back. Looks like they are playing Ping-Pong with their bats.

ISLAMABAD (AP) — Pakistan hanged two convicted militants Friday in the country's first executions in years, while warplanes and ground forces pounded the insurgent hideouts in a northwest region, bordering Afghanistan — part of a stepped-up response to the Taliban slaughter of scores of schoolchildren.
