I don't understand one thing ...
Don't get me wrong but why are some folks so much obsessed with AK that they tend to derail every Non AK related threads to AK ?
In this thread its more of Pahlaj Nihalani , censor board and Udta Punjab .... The other thread is about NaMo .....
Why bring in your obsession with AK to other threads & try to mis direct the discussion ....
Doesn't it make more structure to keep things separate so that discussions don't get jumbled up ....There s an AK related thread ... AK related post there please ...
( I am unaware if AK has contributed to the movie in forms of content or direction or in any other capacity - please advise me if he has --- however lets not derail all the threads )

Watch this for some further revelation on Punjab's drug problem, especially from the Law Enforcement guy, who clearly quoted the Punjab CM Badal's exact words when he went to hand over the list of suspects involved in the whole affair. CM asked him to work on something else and leave the matter alone.

I thought BJP/SAD already distanced itself from the functioning of CBFC and the 'immortal' Nihalani. Their statements, not mine.

Are you sure about it? Even if AAP weren't in the picture, it would've still originated from the issue that Nihalani/CBFC has with various parts of the movie as well as the sheer cuts. There has been a sparring war brewing between the makers of the movie and the Board, especially Nihalani since the last few weeks. It's the Producers that took the Board to High Court and not AAP/Kejriwal. Of-course, the latter has everything to gain from it merely by virtue of the timings of Punjab's elections.
Sometimes, it doesn't hurt to think critically and objectively - a rarity these days.
