Rajeev, Amit... You guys are in the real estate market.. Why dont you guys start a thread that highlights all possible scenarios that may be available for Desi's when they want to buy/sell their homes. It is something like the thread I have in the Study section....It can cover everything from Homa loans, to mortgage rates, to all these important clauses that you guys have mentioned in the replies above.

Mods, dont you think that would be appropriate ?..You can make that thread sticky.
