Neither interested to watch nor know the language of the movie. But the hypocrisy of people against the CBFC and its Chief is astounding.

Firstly, the so called fight is not for freedom of expression but for only their own product to get marketed. That more the "fight scene" more it gets advertisement.

Secondly, the Secular and Liberal Outrage Brigade are not made up of Mahatmas, but many of them cheat on their own family members. We are to believe they are interested in the good of he society in the release of their creations. It will most likely only spoil the young and impressionable minds.

Unable to meet the BJP in electoral battles, the so called creative minds and intellectuals engage in stone pelting on streets like what is being done on a BJP appointee whether at Pune Institute or CBFC.

Naive Nihalani should not have been talking to the paid media who act as tail waving mongrels in front of Bollywood celebrities. He should have said this and this only will be the censorship and certification as long as he was the Chief and refused any explanation. He needs to give explanation only to the government who has appointed him. Let the government remove him if they are not happy with his work.

Funny that the Bombay High Court took up the job of Censor Board. Will they stop with this or start re-viewing every movie. Since they seem to think that freedom of expression is absolute they should have given their verdict on banned books like Satanic Verses, even though SLOB will not demand the same.

In the past too - many movies went thru such controversy, so this is nothing new. New is the Jerk's ability to politicize anything into his favor.

BTW, one of the co-producer is a member of AAP. Is it true? Nothing wrong being one, nothing wrong in making a movie for an AAP member. Only question is - how neutral the movie would be. Given the track record of AAP - anything is possible. (I would say the other way - the honest way - around is impossible for AAP)

Not sure why some people are so much obsessed with AK & AAP that they start digressing on non AAP issues also as AAP ..

I think this was between Anurag Kashyap an independent creator and Pahlaj Nihalani who self proclaimed BJP inspired and enthusiast and NaMo stooge tried to block the movie fearing a back lash on the BJP led Govt in Punjab.

The court set him right and showed him his place .

( I think some one mentioned on this thread that the movie should be banned altogether .. well its slated for release this Friday and I bet now a lot more people will view it than would have done originally)

More over it appears, they fear Kejriwal to inflict some damage to their beloved leader even from a very distant perspective, hence every opportunity to tarnish him is never wasted.

Poor Nitish kumar gave up the PM race... else the tirade will begin there.

Once again, I emphasize my observation, generally the PM supporters go to very uncivil status to badmouth their opponent, why ? while the other parties often found to be using a different face to defend. Am I wrong in my observation.
