Mr.Masood,
I have applied in Paris for a PR visa in april 2002 and got file no. in may2002.
As an expert I would like to know when is it likely that my file will be processed.The online status shows IN PROCESS since last two years.I live in Bombay but had applied through Paris since I was told that Paris office is faster than Delhi office.

Your application is considered an offshore application. It takes longer to process. Some offshore applicants have had to wait as long as 40 months in Paris.
