How is the future for a .NET developer having 7-8 years of experience?
If you are able to market yourself well, very good.
.NET is in high demand and pretty much all MS programming jobs are now asking for it.

I once made a mistake, but I was wrong about it.
If we have certifications does they count that. do they still ask for canadian experience. I dont understand why they ask for candian exp. in the technical field......

One of the best ways to get around the Canadian experience catch-22 is having certifications. There's are no guarantee of course, but if you have an MCSD with .NET, I think your prospects are very good, because there still aren't too many of those around. Gives you an edge and also gives the employer a bit of confidence in hiring you despite your lack of Canadian experience.
From what I hear, C# has the sharpest potential for the future (no pun intended). ASP / C#/ VB is a very good combo, maybe some mention of javascript on your resume will embellish it even more. But if you don't have project experience on these, I think it is imperative that you get certified to be able to find a job in .NET.
The exams and tests are a lot cheaper to do in India (and it does not matter where you got certified, you dont' have to mention that) so I would recommend for you to do it there if possible.
I'm planning to get myself ceritifed on these too.

What is the value of CCNA(Cisco certified Network Associate), no experience?I also have certification of MCP, Cleared 3+3 papers of Win. NT and Win 2000,
No technical experience on the above qualifications, my field is sales and Marketing, administration, can I land in to marketing of technical products on this qualification?

Should I go in for courses from say Learning Tree or other institues as a preparation?
