What concerns me most at this juncture is your English. What course are you taking in Canada? Did you have to take TOEFL or IELTS?
Your biggest hurdle seems to be convincing the visa officer about your english. Once you've taken care of it, you can worry about funds.
Bank loan is acceptable source of funding. You don't have to show savings if your parents or anyone who is responsible for your studies, show they have sufficient income or savings.
