Hello everyone,I am Indian student.
I am new to Canada,Arrived here in Jan to study MBA in Concordia Univ.
My wife is applying for visa to accompany me in Canada for two years..
I have few questions about her visa please answer as soon as possible cause she is going to apply in 3 days...
I have borrowed loan of amount $ 44,000 and plus showed $7000 fixed deposit on name of my father. My tuition fees is $22000 per year plus living expenses $10000.So I got visa and I also mentioned in my form that my spouse will be accompanying me to Canada ...
Her father is retired principal and is showing $32000 in his bank account as pension gratuity and provident fund..He has agricultural land also and has income of about $15000 per year..
She will be showing financial proof as follows=
1)My loan sanction letter of which I already used $ 9000
2)Her fathers bank account worth $32000
I have question that is it necessary to transfer the funds from my father in law's account to her or affidavit of support is sufficient? If its required to show funds in her account then how much should we transfer?
If we transfer the funds then can we apply next day of transfer or we should wait for few days?

Please reply...
Thank you for your patient reading and helping me...

She needs to show all the money in her personal account.

Once money is transferred, she may take a bank letter and submit with visa application.

Make sure you take a letter from the university that you are currently enrolled and you are in good standing.

Your wife is eligible to apply for work permit.

Thankyou for your reply...I have taken letter of registration from University ,but as I have not completed my 1st term,I do not have my grades...Is this fine?
And,if we transfer all the money, wont they think that whatever money her father had ,is not with him anymore ...Should he keep some money with himself...
If yes,how much money should be transferred to her account?
And if we have taken affidavit of support,is there still need of transfer?
I appreciate your help...Thankyou again...

Grades are not required.
Affidavit of support is okay. But still she needs to show lot of funds in her account. Affidavit of support is only an additional document. .... you do not need to rush ... take enough time to prepare all the documents before you apply.

For how much duration should we keep the money in her bank account before taking her bank balance..Can we take after 1-2 days of depositing money?

The money should be there on the day the bank gives the letter ( That means the letter should be genuine). You can take the money later if you want to.
