In order to begin your search, I would recommend the
CIC (citizenship and immigration Canada) website. Go there and search for Student Visa, what to download & how to apply. YOu have links for the New Delhi High commission also.

Read eveything there. Then, you can come back here and post your queries abt stuff that you cannot follow or have doubts. We (ex-students or the Immigration expert, Mr. Masood) will gladly help you.
